travel asia japan tokyo senso-ji buddhist temple around the temple grounds
As with most of the temples we visited in Japan, the neighborhood around the temple caters almost exclusively to visitors to the temple.
The narrow bustling pedestrian streets are lined with souvenir shops, items for worship, and food for the travelers.
